Steps to Build a Paintball Gun

  1. prepare your materials; take two PVC pieces of 1'' and cut them identical so as to make it easier for you to connect them later.
  2. Take their ends and place tape -- plumbing tape is the best in this case.
  3. Take one of the pieces you cut earlier and attach two elbows of PVC on every end, using primer and then cement. Both elbows should be placed identically. Then take the other part of the PVC you just cut and do the same think.
  4. It's time to connect the pieces; connect them at both ends using primer and cement again; make sure that you get a box like shape.
  5. Attach a nipple to the end
  6. Take the ball valve and attach it on the new nipple
  7. Take the barrel and screw it to the ball valve.
  8. Then it's time to fix the tire valve. In order to do so you need to drill a small hole to the end cap -- determine the size depending on the tire you have. Once the holes are open use the glue and secure the tire on the end cap.
  9. Take the PVC and cut a 9'' of length piece.
  10. Attach the new PVC to the TEE cementing it.
  11. Then you need to cement the end cap with the PVC you created earlier
  12. Once you are done, let the new device dry for a while and set it up to use. Your paintball gun is ready to go.
